SHIPPING POLICY
What is the cost of shipping? A shipping charge of Rs. 49 is applicable on all orders below Rs. 499. Orders of Rs. 499 and above are eligible for free shipping across India.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? Once dispatched from our warehouse, orders are delivered within 5–7 business days anywhere in India. You can check the estimated delivery timeline on your order details page. If you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments. Delivery timelines are indicative in rare cases, unavoidable delays may occur, and we will keep you informed via email or SMS.
What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed? We make every effort to deliver your products on time. If your order has not arrived by the expected date, please write to us at support@olmez.in or call +91 9876543210 and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number and the name of the courier partner. You can also track your order anytime by visiting My Account → Orders on www.olmez.in. Tracking information becomes active 24 hours after dispatch.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENT POLICY
How do I raise a return or replacement request?
Step 1 – Raise a return or replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery for wrong or expired products. For damaged or missing products, raise the request within 2 days of delivery. You can submit your request at www.olmez.in with your order and contact details, or reach us via the Live Chat option on our website.
Step 2 – Allow us 2 working days to review your return request.
Step 3 – Once approved, our courier partner will be scheduled to pick up the product from your address.
Step 4 – If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may self-ship the product via any reliable courier service. We will reimburse the courier charges to your Olmez Wallet or original payment source.
Step 5 – Once the product is received at our warehouse, it will be verified against your claim. A replacement (subject to stock availability) or a full refund will then be initiated.
Under what conditions can I return or replace a product?
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Physically damaged or tampered product or packaging received
- Incomplete order delivered
- Products missing from the shipment
Under what conditions will return or replacement requests not be accepted?
- Products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way
- Original packaging (mono cartons, seals, labels, etc.) is missing or damaged
- Return or replacement request raised after 7 days from the date of delivery
- Damaged or missing product not reported within 2 days of delivery
Can I return part of my order? Yes. You may return individual eligible products from your order within 7 days of delivery.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Can I cancel my order? To cancel your order, please call us at +91 9876543210 (Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) before it is dispatched and we will assist you. Please note that Olmez reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without prior confirmation, and may verify orders before shipping through verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
How will I receive my refund? For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method bank account, credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet within 7 business working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will be asked to provide their bank account details to receive the refund via NEFT/IMPS transfer.
How long does a refund take? For order cancellations, the refund is processed within 7 business days. For returns, the refund is initiated after the product is received at our warehouse and passes quality inspection. This entire process may take up to 2 weeks from the date of reverse pickup.
