By accessing or using the Olmez Skincare website (www.olmez.in), placing an order, or purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers across India.

2. ABOUT OLMEZ SKINCARE

Olmez Skincare Pvt. Ltd. is a skincare brand registered under the laws of India, offering skincare products through its official website www.olmez.in. All products sold by Olmez are manufactured, tested, and packaged in compliance with applicable Indian standards and regulations.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To place an order on www.olmez.in, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a resident of India
  • Provide accurate and complete personal information during registration or checkout
  • Have a valid payment method accepted on our platform

By placing an order, you confirm that you meet all of the above conditions.

4. PRODUCTS & PRICING

Product Information We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including descriptions, ingredients, and images. However, slight variations in colour or packaging may occur due to screen settings or periodic packaging updates.

Pricing All prices listed on www.olmez.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Olmez reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of placing your order will be the final applicable price.

Product Availability All orders are subject to product availability. In the rare event that a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund or an alternative product.

5. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Placing an Order By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Olmez reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion.

Payment Methods We accept the following payment methods for orders within India:

  • Credit Cards / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
  • Net Banking
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) available at select pin codes

Order Confirmation Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email with your order ID and summary. This confirmation does not guarantee dispatch it is an acknowledgment that we have received your order.

Cash on Delivery COD orders are available for select locations across India. Olmez reserves the right to withdraw the COD option for any order or pin code without prior notice.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete details on delivery timelines, shipping charges, and order tracking. Key points:

  • Shipping charge of Rs. 49 applies on orders below Rs. 499
  • Free shipping on orders of Rs. 499 and above
  • Delivery within 5–7 business days across India
  • Olmez is currently shipping only within India

7. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

Please refer to our Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy for complete details. Key points:

  • Return/replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery (2 days for damaged or missing items)
  • Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 7 business days
  • COD refunds are processed via NEFT/IMPS to your provided bank account
  • Opened, used, or altered products are not eligible for return

8. CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by calling us at +91 9876543210. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled; you may initiate a return after delivery as per our Returns Policy. Olmez reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, including after confirmation, without prior notice to the customer. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

9. USE OF WEBSITE

By using www.olmez.in, you agree that you will:

  • Use the website only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
  • Not use the website to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Not reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the website without our written permission
  • Not misrepresent yourself or impersonate any other person or entity

Olmez reserves the right to restrict or terminate your access to the website at any time if these terms are violated.

Ltd. and is protected under Indian intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written consent from Olmez.

11. SKINCARE DISCLAIMER

Olmez products are formulated for general skincare use. However, results may vary from person to person depending on skin type, existing conditions, and usage patterns. We strongly recommend:

  • Performing a patch test before applying any new product to your face or body
  • Consulting a dermatologist if you have sensitive skin, allergies, or any skin condition

Olmez is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from failure to follow usage instructions or from pre-existing skin conditions.

  • Losses arising from delivery delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control
  • Any damage caused by unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or order in question.
